The Clinical Success Specialist, U.S., plays a key role for Radiaction Medical as we embark on our U.S. system installation, commercialization, and customer success. This role will be responsible for a host of activities with our HCP customers, including: onboarding, training, and educating physicians and staff of the product on-site during first cases and periodic customer success visits.
The ideal candidate for this role has strong clinical, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills and will need to quickly become competent in the technical workings of the RSS (Radiaction Shielding System) device. This candidate will be a crucial component in the site installation, implementation of the system, periodic site visits and check-ins, and contribute to the development of educational materials for the entire procedural staff within a hospital/OBL/ASC location. With our main initial markets focusing on interventional cardiology and electrophysiology, experience and knowledge within these clinical spaces is ideal.
This is a fully remote position, with the role reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, U.S. This position will be a highly field-based role, with frequent interaction with the Radiaction sales, clinical and marketing teams, as well as cross-departmental partners and leadership, both in the United States and Tel Aviv, Israel. Ideally, this candidate will be based on the East Coast.
A list of key responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding, product education, and clinical support of PCI and EP cardiac catheterization labs in the United States
- Planning and support of training and onboarding materials for new and ongoing clinical site installations
- On-site support and training, and troubleshooting for site validations and early cases with the RSS
- Assist in the identification of potential Radiaction KOL advisory board members and key partners at new and existing clinical sites
- Strong team-building skills and engagement with the Israeli-based clinical, product, R&D, and leadership teams
- High level of interaction with field sales personnel, as well as the clinician team, to gain product insights, the voice of the customer, feedback for training, and clinical support tool development
- 50-60% travel (U.S., with 1-2 trips per year to UK/Europe)
Experience requirements:
- 3-5 years of field-based medical education and training experience or equivalent
- Experience working in a cardiac cath lab or IR suite (as industry or in previous health care professional role) preferred
- Customer-focused team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to “read the room” from an education and training perspective
- Strong presentation skills
