Revolutionizing Radiation Protection
Medical staff have high rates of exposure and health risks.

Our Founder Story
For more than seventy years, protection from X-ray radiation has stagnated, with companies offering only modified shield designs and more lead armor. Radiaction Medical has pursued an entirely new model with the Radiaction Dynamic Smart Shield, a device that attaches to the C-arm* to block scatter radiation at the source. Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, it was founded in 2016 by a physician and accomplished innovator, Amir Belson, MD, whose goal is to ensure that every aspect of its technology places physicians and clinical staff first.
*The Radiaction shield system has received FDA clearance for use with Toshiba Infinix-I or Siemens Artis C-arms
Our Mission
Engineering excellence allows us to surmount real-world challenges and limitations to make a lasting impact. Radiaction Medical draws on medical expertise and high-powered engineering to reduce the serious health risks interventional staff now face from daily radiation exposure while treating patients. One system protects all.

Our Product
Radiaction Medical has introduced the Radiaction Smart Shield, a revolutionary plug-and-play device that addresses radiation at the source. Unlike current solutions that simply shield or cover users to block radiation, Radiaction effectively reduces scatter radiation, ensuring comprehensive protection throughout the room. It has received FDA Class II clearance and CE marking and is currently available in the United States, the European Union (EU), and the United Kingdom (UK).
